Scrap Metal Buyers Are Plentiful If You Know Where They Are, I Can Show You.
There's never been a shortage of scrap metal buyers in the world. They are all struggling, at this point, just to keep the furnaces burning. They are fiercely trying to make every purchase. Unfortunately so are the scammers. Right now, you may be involved with a scam and not even know it. Still, that in and of itself would make you part of the scam, would it not? The world of scrap metal can bring us a lot of disappointing days but for now relax, take a deep breath, and let’s look at our situation in a new light. 
Let’s grab a cup of coffee and evaluate ourselves. This is where we take a moment, and clear our heads of our ego so that we can see clearly enough to get back on the right track. It’s not going to be easy, but it will be worth it, I assure you. 
Who Are The Scrap Metal Buyers? That will depend on how we look at the question. Just so, there isn't any confusion... If we do not have the money in our pockets, or at the very least have an L/C or other payment instrument opened to us, then we are "not" the buyers. That may be hard to accept, but the sooner you do, the sooner you will make money in this business. However, we can very easily become the representative to the scrap metal buyer, if we know where to look, and we know where our place is in the transaction. That place is in the middle, but not in the way. If you stand in the way, and cannot bring yourself to put the scrap metal buyer together with the seller, the deal will not close. When you have more income, then you may be able to have the L/C issued to you, but you will have to pay the yard in advance with money out of your wallet. You already knew that though, didn't you? But, you are having a tough time getting past it, I was too. We all have represented "ourselves" as the buyer so that we do not give away our sources, right? Yeah, me too, you are not alone. However, here is the dirty little secret, the sources that you are protecting are more than likely people that are destroying your name and your life, and are not sources at all. It took me almost two years to conclude that I was going to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
You will need to know the current scrap metal prices. You get these by calling the scrap metal recycling yard closest to you. Then determine which of the scrap yards are close enough, that you don't mind traveling when the time comes to do so. If you cannot touch the scrap, see the scrap, or smell it, DO NOT sell it, it does not exist. We will call them later when you have enough information to do so. Alternatively, you can also hold off until you feel ready. 
It is a fast-paced business. If the deal isn't moving in 3 weeks or so, it may not move at all. You may get the L/C but the scrap will be gone. Alternatively, you might have the scrap and waist time trying to find a buyer. When we get to that point, I’m going to show you how to be the seller, or the buyer the right way. Which one will you be? Well, the answer is both. Are you confused? Don't be, we will go through everything that you need to know and do to succeed, your success is my goal that I hope to obtain.
